Barcelo UK were established in 1994 with just 4 hotels in Cheshire, Cardiff, Southport and Buxton. Formerly the Paramount Group of Hotels; their portfolio grew quickly to the 21 hotels they operate today, each of a 4 star calibre. Their hotels include the prestigious Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway, the Majestic in Harrogate, the Old Ship in Brighton, the Carlton Hotel in Edinburgh and the Imperial Hotels in Torquay and Blackpool. The hotels claim high quality dining, a range of conference and event facilities and spacious grounds for business teambuilding plus there are also 18 health and leisure clubs.
